Question 1: What is your return policy?
Answer: We don't take returns, but if your package is damaged in transit, or you are facing some other difficulty, please let us know. We will do our best to make it right.
Question 2: How long does shipping take?
Answer: We keep up a constant flow of shipments. Boxes are always shipped within their given month. Orders are shipped and processed within 1-4 business days.
Question 3: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: No, not yet. Hopefully one day! For now, we only ship in the United States.
Question 4: How can I track my order?
Answer: You will receive a tracking number with your order.
Question 5: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal.
Question 6: What if I receive a book I've already read?
Answer: That is a possibility when you get a blind book subscription. However we do our best to make sure our picks are ones everyone will enjoy. If you want to ensure you get a book that you haven't read, try our Blind Date with a Book, and link your Goodreads account for us. We will curate a book specifically for you!

Answer: This is a special book curated just for you! It's different every time, for every person. Our specialist asks you questions about your literary preferences, and you can link a Goodreads account so you don't receive a book you have already read. We chose a special book we think you will love, and ship it to you. You can get as many as you like, and we will always give you a different, personalized selection.
